1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, requesting an estimate, or using any service provided by Shineline Solutions LLC ("Shineline Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, bird proofing, pressure washing, and construction cleanup services in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin, NV. All services are subject to availability and a free on-site or remote estimate. Final pricing is provided before work begins.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are free and provided without obligation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days. Work is performed only after you accept the quoted price. Any change in scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on our business hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM, seven days a week). We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
5. Access & Site Conditions
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including clear paths, access to water, and notification of any hazards (pets, fragile surfaces, etc.). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed before work begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shineline Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue. This satisfaction guarantee does not cover conditions caused by subsequent weather, acts of nature, or third-party activity.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
